The final stop on my Pennsylvania trip was to see the Penn State Nittany Lions college football team take on Northwestern Wildcats at Beaver Stadium. The stadium is the second largest stadium in the Western Hemisphere with a capacity of 106,572. Unfortunately there was only 95,769 fans at this game so it didn't get to break the 100,000 mark.As you can see the student section in white with the red S really gets into the spirit of the game. The game was very exciting with the home team Lions going onto win 39-28.
